Increased Gijón is an augmented reality application for mobile and tablets jointly developed by the CTIC Technology Center and Territory Observatory, part of the Department of Geography at the University of Oviedo.This application shows increased information on urban history of Gijón, since its foundation before the conquest by the Roman Empire until the mid-twentieth century, and serves as a complement to a brochure-guide, which contains the necessary markers for the proper functioning of the same.To use the application Gijon increased so just follow the following steps:1.
Download and install the app.2.
Download the brochure with markers following link:http://www.observatoriodelterritorio.es/observatorio-del-territorio/realidad-virtual-y-aumentada/3.
Print the brochure.
It can also be used on a digital copy displayed on a PC or tablet.4.
Initialize the application and focus mobile device images containing the logo Territory Observatory of the University of Oviedo.
